I have great news that my red bird building that was reposed on the current house we are trying to buy is BACK!! The contract states that the sellers of this home are required to pay off the remaining balance on the building before receiving additional home loan profits at closing. BUT we had MORE drama with finding out the house title was on hold due to the co-signer on the title had passed away!!! I don't know when this happen or why they didn't tell my realtor but OMG, it has been a challenge getting this house in order to own. I am still waiting to hear if the house repairs they agreed to fix before closing took place. We have TWO days before closing and owning this NEW house!!! I will keep y'all updated!!!! HEY Y'ALL!!
