Olivia Quillio - Allowing For The Unknown

Olivia Quillio - Allowing For The Unknown Full Episode Here:

Olivia Quillio has been writing songs since age 17. With the ability to silence a room Quillio’s voice soars while singing about the heartache and triumph of love. Known for her musical depth, soporific vocals and poignant, humorous banter - Quillio stands apart by making her truth known, no matter how vulnerable. Currently she is recording her third album, Earthside.

Olivia brought on her friend Victoria Swift Rutledge, a yoga teacher, musician, and (I feel confident saying) healer.

In this episode we started by talking about what it's like being highly sensitive as an artists. Not as in thin-skinned, but as aware and effected by energy. From there we go into topics that bright us all the way through social media to the grief that comes from self work and constant personal deaths.
