Renovation Phase 1: Concrete Slab + Roof Replacement
I have been planning some home upgrades and renovations for a long time now -- so it's time to get them underway! Phase 1 is exterior work, including a roof replacement (to replace the part that wasn't done last year when my solar was installed) and a concrete slab for the side yard, where I'll be setting up a covered outdoor workspace.
