How to repair wobbly toilet
Usually the wobbly toilet can be root caused to the toilet flange, loose on the floor, not screwed down, or the toilet flange was mounted so that it sits up too high off the floor drain pipe, and the toilet is causing the flange to bend left and right. This is what happens when you have closet flange too high syndrome. No toilet flange repair ring is needed, you just need to rip out the old closet flange and install a new toilet flange.

This toilet wobbles on tile floor because we need to remove the old toilet flange and install a new one in its place, and let it sit right on top of the finished floor. Toilet flange replacement to end toilet wobbles
Instead using of a toilet flange repair kit after you remove broken toilet flange, all that was needed here is a toilet flange part known as the Oatey Twist-N-Set open flange.
