Cospri Discharger 3.6 Test (Char Lvl 69, Lvl 79 Map, Discharge Lvl 18)

I've modified the tree a touch from 3.5 with the new nodes being more powerful than 3x crit multi due to scaling shenanigans.

With the new crit changes and lycosidae allowing for 100% crit chance instead of 95% makes this shit a bit more fun

Character notes: Lvl 69/70
Lab done: Normal/Cruel
Discharge: 18 in Cospri, 18(+1) in Voll's

Still got another jewel node and a tonne of damage and life nodes to take.

This is just to test how well it could stack up with the Discharge buffs.
