Lets take a look at the idea that Moro Isn't the main villain of the galactic patrol arc. We have seen it before in Dragon Ball Z where the Z fighters were preparing for the Androids only to have Cell arrive and be a far more terrifying threat. Moro is feared for his magic and and ancient enemy of the Kai's however there could be someone pulling all the strings. Moro could be a distraction and already is keeping the 2 most powerful fighters in universe 7 busy in Goku and Vegeta. We all know something is up with Meerus as he was able to take Goku and Vegeta by surprise. I am not saying he is the villain just something is off and he could be working with the real villain behind the scenes. There is no way a mere galactic patrol fighter can fool Goku and Vegeta not just once but 2 times and do impossible feats of strength. Hopefully this is all a huge build up form something more and the Demon Arc we all have been waiting for! Perhaps we could get a back story on the Angels, Kai's and Demon world and this new threat is an ancient enemy of the Angels and has a plan to take down their hierarchy.
