Book into the Groundhandling retreat here :) In this video Gemma set out to try do some exercises using height efficiently and in the end it turned out to be a stubborn fight to stay up.
The best lift isn't always really close to the hill, but at the beach, in marginal conditions, very often it is!
However staying as close to the terrain as possible to eke out every meter you can get has it's drawbacks. If you misjudge your path or get sink where you don't expect it the consequences can be very serious.
