Public has a right to video record all public authorities, including judiciary

Advocate Ravinder Singh Bains opines that for his own self-protection, every citizen is entitled to video record all events, including official proceedings and hearings, without any restriction. He feels that like RTI Act, a suitable law should be passed to codify this right.
