UK parliament approves Brexit law forcing May to consult on delay

Britain's parliament has approved legislation that forces Prime Minister Theresa May to consult with lawmakers on her request that the European Union delay Brexit until June 30th. May has already asked Brussels to extend Britain's EU membership to allow talks with the opposition Labour Party in search of a different exit plan.
