Welcome back! We have all of our Chicken Breasts tied closed with the Cheddar and Bacon inside the butterflied pocket. We are going to sprinkle the breast liberally with the Ranch Dressing Mix on all sides. We’ve placed them on racks and will be placing this into the GrillaGrills Silverbac in a tray as a backup to them leaking all over the place (fingers crossed). Onto the grill at 325 until the chicken reaches a temp of 165.
