Trans Mountain pipeline expansion costs will be more than $7.4B but no final tally yet

President and CEO of Trans Mountain Corp., Ian Anderson, tells Mercedes Stephenson, until there is a firm schedule in place, there will not be an estimate for the overall costs but it those costs will exceed $7.4 billion.
