Thirdway Alliance party leader Ekuru Aukot maintains that his quest to lobby county assemblies to support his Punguza Mizigo Bill 2019 is well on course despite opposition to it from several quarters. Speaking while he presented the bill to Nairobi county assembly Ekuru criticized the decision by the high court to temporarily bar county assemblies from debating and passing the bill claiming the petitioners were merchants of a group of elites who mean no good for this nation.
