From the Korean Joseon era poetess Ho Nansorhon (1563 - 1589) comes this beautiful poem, perhaps the last one she wrote before her death from suicide at only 26 years old. Her husband cheated on her and deserted her, she lost her little son and daughter to early deaths, she was forced to live with a mother-in-law who didn't like her. She killed herself leaving behind many beautiful poems that her younger brother rescued from oblivion and published later. Music chosen is from the OST to the Korean drama Mother.
