Wayne’s real estate practice is based out of Atlanta, GA however, he is also a licensed real estate broker in 4 states throughout the southeast. Prior to becoming a real estate broker Wayne was a self-made millionaire by the age of 31 only to go bankrupt by the age of 33. Life is about choices and during that time, Wayne chose to take the lessons learned from his financial loss to rise and re-build.
