Extremely hard pumping and visible heartbeat

My heart is pumping in and out of my chest right now like a balloon. I'd give anything for and emergency palpation exam of my chest right now. Lay your hand flat across my upper left chest. Feel the movement of my throbbing heart rolling under your hand as my chest begins to heave with my lungs sudden rise in demand for oxygen. My heart is causing my lungs to have to work twice as hard because the muscle is using so much oxygen in my blood so quickly. God I need my heart examined
