टेलीकॉमः JIO की बन जाएगी Monopoly? | Blow To Telecom Companies

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक फैसले से भारत के दूरसंचार क्षेत्र में भारी उथल-पुथल मचने की आशंका पैदा हो गई है. कोर्ट ने व्यवस्था दी है कि टेलीकॉम सर्विसेज प्रोवाइडर्स (TSPs) की स्पेक्ट्रम लाइसेंस की फीस की गणना करते वक्त उन्हें प्राप्त हुए पूरे राजस्व का आकलन किया जाएगा. यानी TSPs की वो याचिका हो गई, जिसमें उनकी दलील थी कि फीस की गणना उन्हें उनके मूल कारोबार से प्राप्त राजस्व के आधार पर होनी चाहिए. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद TSPs को 92,000 करोड़ रुपए सरकार को देने होंगे। जाहिर है, इससे उनके कदम डगमगा जाएंगे. लेकिन इससे असल में फायदा किसको होगा?
