Neglected Clark All Terrain Forklift - Will it Run Again?

This Clark UT60D forklift used to be a really nice machine. But the years have not been kind to it. We try to get the engine running and hopefully put it back into service.

This is a Roosa Master JDB injection pump. The engine is a John Deere.
