WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... CrossFit workouts are the ones that get me every time. If you're not a CrossFitter these ones suck no matter how fit you are... So getting in the gym with CrossFit maniacs Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch and Cesaro was always going to be a killer for me. One of the multiple exercises we had to do in each round was Kettlebell Swings. Now, you'll see different techniques on display between Seth & Becky. The only question at the end was, whose technique was correct? I'd never bet against The Man when she's competing to... Brave Change.
