Automatic FNOL (First Notification Of Loss) can mean a lot of 'false positives' for instance when harsh breaking resembles a crash. AI can look at the associated video and learn what is and isn't an accident. We're working with partners that are reconstructing incidents from telematics data, and that can estimate the cost and even the level of injury sustained within the vehicle.
Using VUEcloud, we've now got a system where a claims handler can be automatically notified if there is an incident. They'll receive the incident footage and data in a 'node', which is a folder in the VUEcloud.
